A lot of the special features and services which our guests praise don't cost extra.
Our half-board pension rates include a great many complimentary services:

All-Included Services:

• Hearty Breakfast Buffet with everything your heart could desire
• Our kitchen chef, Richard, will prepare mouth-watering dishes for you in the evening, with a large salad bar and appetizer buffet, as well as delicious specialties listed in our menu (for half-board)
• Complimentary use of our Sauna Facilities
• Bath robes and sauna towels for your FREE use
• Complimentary use of our heated Panorama Swimming Pool (from mid-May till mid-October) with sundeck and sunbathing terrace
• Free garage parking space, with direct access to the hotel elevator
• Free parking space directly in front of the hotel

General Terms and Conditions:

• Unless otherwise specified, all prices are per person and per day, for a minimum stay of three days.
• Your rooms will be ready for you starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We request that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m. of the day of your departure.
• Single room surcharge: € 10.oo per day
• Full-board surcharge: € 11.oo per day
• Children's prices are valid only if the children sleep in their parents' room
• All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Italian anti-smoking prohibitions are in effect throughout our hotel.
• When traveling by train: We will be glad to pick you up, free of charge, at the Klausen/Chiusa Train Station or the Brixen/Bressanone Train Station.
• Cancellation is an bothersome issue – for both you and us. We therefore hope that you will understand when we explain that, in the event of short-term cancellations (three weeks prior to the start of your stay or less,) we must charge 50% of the half-board rate for each scheduled day. In the event that you depart prematurely, we will charge you 70% of the half-board rate for each scheduled day.
