Whether sweet or savoury, our rich breakfast buffet offers a varied selection of everything your heart could desire: fresh bread from the South Tyrolean baker (only on Sundays, oven-heated rolls), various cold cuts, prosciutto, speck, cheese, fresh juices, various mueslis and yogurts, compotes, homemade cakes and delicious croissants as well as hot dishes such as scrambled eggs or fried eggs with bacon.
The cooperation with local producers is important to us, so you will find at the breakfast buffet at the Teiserhof selected products that have been awarded the quality mark "South Tyrol Quality". These include dried organic apples from Kandlwaalhof, fresh free-range eggs from Flitzer Hof in Villnöss or organic alpine herbal teas and jams from South Tyrol.
We get our milk from selected South Tyrolean mountain farms. The quality butter is made from South Tyrolean fresh cream. The apple juice we get from the Schwarzwielhof in Feldthurns as well as the honey is produced locally.
